These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Authentically Serving Freedom, LLC ("ASF," "we," "us," or "our"), including its educational content, the Personal & Family Readiness Checklist, and the Consultation, Vault Setup, and Wellness Guide request forms (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ASF provides educational content about estate and legacy preparedness and serves as a referral point connecting visitors with three independently operated partner services:

• Executive Digital Notary — legal document execution services;
• Freedom Legacy Vault, powered by My Life & Wishes — secure document and information storage;
• AntiAging Academy LLC — healthy aging and longevity education.

ASF does not itself execute legal documents, store your Vault contents, or provide medical or wellness services. Those services are provided directly by the respective partner, each under its own separate terms of service and privacy policy.

The content on this Site — including the Personal & Family Readiness Checklist and any educational material — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Estate planning, powers of attorney, trusts, and healthcare directives involve legal and personal considerations specific to your situation. When you submit a Consultation, Vault Setup, or Wellness Guide request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any professional relationship between you and ASF; it is a request to be contacted by ASF or the relevant partner.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
